Synopsis:

My Review: Action, mystery and a dash of smut, what else could a girl ask for...oh wait how about a bad ass alpha FEMALE, yes I said female. Move over boys, Keahilani is one tough cookie. She will go to battle with anyone and anything to protect her ohana. I love this woman. I love that for once there is a cool as hell yet hot under the collar, sexy as hell woman running the show!! The Alana family runs a surf shop by day and uses it to cover their "growing" business to make a future for themselves. They will have all the money they need when word hits the streets, that is until everything starts falling apart and the body count begins to rise. This story was fast-paced, interesting and completely out of the norm from what I typically read and that is exactly way it was a page turner for me. If you have ever been to Hawaii, you can just tell there is a mystery about the islands and the author totally made me feel that with the flow of her writing style, making me feel the magic of the island. I cannot wait to jump back in to more Mahina journal entries and climb aboard and surf to shore with the Alana clan again. I just know there is way more to this ohana that I need to know about.
