Enjoy Your Long Weekend

This weekend is all about remembering.

Remembering those who lost their lives fighting for our freedom, but also those still fighting every day. They are away from their families so we can be with ours.

I cannot say I am a big fan of everything our government is up to these days, but I will always support our troops and the sacrifices that they and their families make in the name of freedom.

Wave that flag. Wear your red, white and blue. Volunteer. Have a BBQ, you do you, but try to spend some time doing something you love or with your loved ones.

Really spend some time.

Get off the grid.

Put down the phones.

Hell, stay off your kindle.

Get off of Facebook and instead have actually face time with the people you love. The cat videos can wait. You showing you love someone cannot. Remember the people that will need to "FaceTime" just to see their loved ones. Enjoy. Be safe.
